Delete Your FitnRizz Account
You can request deletion of your FitnRizz account and associated data at any time.
15-day grace period: Deletion is not instant. Once you request it, your account enters a 15-day grace period before it is permanently deleted. If you log back into the app at any point during those 15 days, the deletion is automatically cancelled and your account is fully restored. If you do not log in again within 15 days, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted at the end of that period.
Option 1: Request deletion directly in the app (Recommended)
- Open FitnRizz and go to Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the request when prompted
Your account will be scheduled for deletion, and you'll be signed out. Changed your mind? Simply log back in within 15 days to cancel the request.
Option 2: Request deletion if app is not installed
If you no longer have the app installed, you can reinstall FitnRizz at any time to log in and initiate deletion under Settings > Delete Account. The same 15-day grace period applies — logging into the app during that window automatically cancels the deletion request.
What happens during the grace period
While your deletion request is pending, your account is not accessible for normal use, but your data is not yet erased. This period exists solely to let you recover your account if you change your mind.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile (email, display name)
- Activity history (steps, distance, walking routes)
- Territory ownership and leaderboard history
- Push notification tokens
This action is permanent. Once your account and data are deleted at the end of the 15-day grace period, they cannot be recovered.
Data we may retain
We may retain limited information for a short period where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance, as described in our Privacy Policy. This data is not used for any other purpose and is deleted once no longer required.
