Terms of Service for FitnRizz

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FitnRizz (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

FitnRizz is a wellness and fitness app that tracks physical activity (such as steps and distance) and uses gamified features, including map-based progress tracking and leaderboards, to help motivate consistent activity and support long-term healthy habits.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FitnRizz. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Location Services and Physical Activity

FitnRizz relies on your device's location services to function. You are solely responsible for your safety while using the App, including while walking, running, or navigating outdoors. Always be aware of your surroundings, traffic, and physical hazards. Do not use the App in a way that puts yourself or others at risk (e.g., while driving).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Falsify or spoof your GPS location to gain an unfair advantage in activity tracking or rankings
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the App
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users of the App
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by the App's open-source license, if any

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account, and forfeiture of territory or leaderboard standing.

6. Gamified Progress and Leaderboards

Gamified progress (such as map-based activity tracking) and leaderboard rankings are determined by your in-app activity and are intended as motivational features, not competitive stakes. Progress may change over time (for example, decaying if activity isn't maintained) as part of how the feature encourages consistency. We reserve the right to adjust, reset, or correct rankings or progress data in cases of technical error or detected abuse (e.g., GPS spoofing).

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated data such as your activity history), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App except as permitted by law or any applicable open-source license governing parts of the App.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy for how to do this). We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that location tracking will always be perfectly accurate (GPS accuracy can be affected by device, weather, and environmental factors).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to injury sustained while using the App outdoors, loss of data, or loss of territory/ranking status.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
